Angelica Launches New Fetish Photo Book

By on September 9, 2009

Angelica is a well established photographer on the fetish scene and recently launched her book of fetish photos with a party at her Gatwick studio.

‘Sense and Sensuality’ is a 40-page A4 hardback book featuring photographs of Angelica’s customers from the last seven years.

An award winning photographer who has had her work sell at auction at Bonham’s in New Bond Street, she says:

“I was born to push the boundaries of art; to test the way that people perceive those around them and help them see there is more to life than Sainsbury’s and Coronation Street. By photographing real people, not models, I challenge the viewer to see a part of themselves. Fetish is becoming more and more mainstream. You only have to watch the latest pop video to see a latex catsuit or two, or open Vogue to see a leather studded collar. Society is maturing and with that the perception of fetish is changing. It is no longer seen as somehow seedy. It is now an art form to be proud of and I want to ‘Sense and Sensuality’ to not just be a talking point, but an enjoyable coffee table book as well.”
